Barker Special Co. Hosts Vendor Dinner, Announces Awards

CHESHIRE, Conn. — In early March, Barker Specialty Co. hosted its annual vendor dinner with nearly 100 suppliers in attendance. Awards were presented in three categories, and the winners were as follows:

• Supplier of the Year – Prime Line
• Excellence in Customer Service – Desiree Laufenberg of Sanford
• Outstanding Sales Representative of the Year – Bruce Curry of Bodek & Rhodes

The 2007 Supplier Awards were presented during the dinner by Adrienne Barker, corporate vice president, and Gail Strumpf, director of vendor relations.
