MediaTree recently announced that it’s adding millions of new physical products into its incentive rewards and offerings. Company President Rob Watson says they “spent months building and integrating our new partnerships so that each promotion is scalable to meet any budget.” The new system is powered through www.mymerchrewards.com, which has search functionality and easy-to-use technology similar to well-known retail online shopping portals. MediaTree will serve as the host and designers of the site and can customize any portion of the promotion from logo-branded storefronts to animated flash advertisements. With 6.5 million products, MediaTree offers three selling options: Merchandise Points where consumers are rewarded points for performing an activity, such as completing a survey, booking a reservation or buying from retail stores. They then redeem the points for items of their choosing. Digital Choice 2.0 in which storefronts are customized to offer products in a particular price range. Consumers get one-time access to the merchandise site where they can select a product that they will then receive in seven to 10 business days. Themed Cards allow users to go online, enter their reward code and gain access to a pre-selected product library, all theme relevant. Users then choose an item, which they will receive within two weeks. Themes, created by MediaTree each week, can include holiday gifts, books of the month, specialty chocolate, college apparel, licensed sports apparel and more.
